Coca-Cola may be the top soda in the world, both by sales and brand value. There's another list that the namesake firm topped this year.


An organization working to tackle the plastic pollution disaster, Coca-Cola is the world's top plastic polluter for the third year in a row.


The survey analysed 346,494 pieces of plastic debris collected by volunteers in 55 countries and discovered 13,834 (approximately 4%) were Coca-Cola products.


The number tallied up to more plastic garbage than any other corporation. PepsiCo and Nestlé, second and third, had less plastic waste combined.


Top polluting firms claim to be striving to tackle plastic pollution, while they continue to pump out dangerous single-use plastic packaging.


Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Nestlé should lead the way in developing meaningful answers.


Coca-Cola may be the greatest producer of single-use plastic to the world's landfills, but the corporation is making


higher-level advances toward correcting course and offering plastic-alternative solutions to consumer packaging.


This year, the company presented a paper bottle prototype, which is in its early stages of development but is already posed to influence the future of bottle design and


bring the company a step closer to achieving its World Without Waste target: to collect and recycle the equivalent of every bottle or can it sells globally by 2030.
