Members who bought an 18-count pack of 11-ounce Vanilla or Café Latte shakes from May 1 to July 29, 2022, should examine the package.

This recall affects only Premier Protein smoothies with the code BT. To see if your product is impacted, check the lot number on the

outside case or the top of the shake carton, the advisory states. If your product is recalled, don't use it and return it to Costco for a refund.

Glucerna Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry shakes are also affected. 24 8-ounce containers are sold at Costco.

53 foods from 12 brands, including the two above, are recalled. Others are Aloha, Intelligentsia, Oatly, MRE, Stumptown.

These items haven't caused any diseases. "Preliminary root cause analysis" indicated the items didn't match "commercial sterility criteria," prompting the recall.
