Cutting off bread is often the first thing individuals do when they decide to change their diet. However, carbs shouldn't always be used as the nutritional culprit.

Skipping them may dull your taste receptors and may even hinder you from losing weight in a healthy way. Bread can still be part of a healthy diet if you're trying to lose weight.
