This Massive Drink Recall Was Just Expanded
Lyons Magnus warned customers via the FDA website on July 29 that 53 beverage items may be contaminated with Cronobacter sakazakii.
A few weeks later, a fresh update revealed additional items and another microbe. With 36 more drinks, there are almost 90. No illnesses have been reported, but the
business believes Clostridium botulinum, a food poisoning agent, may be in the items. Customers should inspect drinks to make sure they don't appear or smell unpleasant.
Botulism poisoning can cause swelling, muscular weakness, impaired vision, vomiting, stomach discomfort, and diarhoea.
Plant-based milk products, protein shakes, smoothies, nutrition shakes, and coffee additions are popular. Kate Farms Pediatric Peptide Formula in Vanilla is offered to children ages 1-13.
Anyone who believes they bought a Lyons Magnus or "Company" product should toss it away. The FDA website lists all brands, lot codes, UPC numbers, and expiration dates.
Original recall involved Costco items. The 18-count set of 11-ounce Vanilla or Café Latte shakes was offered between May 1 and July 29, 2022. The recall notification provides product details.
Nowadays, grocery buyers should hunt for drink goods. Kraft Heinz is recalling 5,700 boxes of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend pouches due to
cleaning fluid contamination. The firm said it was notified when consumers complained about the flavour.
