Two Steakhouses Top the List of America's Best Chains
Annual American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report findings are in. Some firms had a rough year, while others scored well on numerous customer-experience measurements.
This year's ACSI statistics came from 20,143 restaurant patrons contacted through email between April 2021 and March 2022.
The audience speaks. Longhorn Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse are the top-rated full-service restaurants, averaging 80 points.
Applebee's and IHOP both scored 73. IHOP's score fell 5% from previous year. This year's study also included meal quality, service civility, and order correctness.
Restaurants have to improve their mobile offerings during the epidemic. Smaller chains and independent eateries provide applications that customers don't like.
Positive trends in mobile app quality and dependability for numerous larger businesses appear to reflect app improvements.
Texas Roadhouse often updates their website. In 2017, the steakhouse launched a waitlist function to its mobile app, and in January it added a digital wallet and tailored deals.
IHOP launched the International Bank of Pancakes in March, according to Forbes. Customers may earn digital PanCoins to buy additional food.
Since ACSI's data collecting completed in March, next year's poll may show how the new programme affects customer satisfaction.
